Amanda & Kunal really wanted to honor each of their cultures for their wedding. The groom's family are East Indian and it was important that all of their traditions were observed and the bride wanted her Korean/American traditions to also be recognized. With that said, we created a 2 day event that honored both. The first event began at the Zane Gray Ballroom in the Historic Weatherford Hotel located in Downtown Flagstaff. We brought in rugs, daybeds, coffee tables with pillows from Bright Rentals & Reverly Event Designers. This welcome ceremony allowed guests to stop in enjoy traditional Indian food and libations as well as watching the Henna artists at work. We mixed patterned & solid linens in melon, coral & pinks from Latavola Fine Linens that looked like a henna pattern. Bright floral arrangements from Inspired Environments in gold vases were scattered throughout. A traditional Indian buffet was brought in for the guests to enjoy.
