I was so excited when the Wine Loft, now known as Flg Terroir changed hands and the new owners approached me for the design of the remodel. The Wine Loft, had a great selection of wines, fun games and a wonderful and knowledgable staff but the space lacked ambiance.
When Caleb asked me to help design his restaurant I was beyond excited. The concept was simple, real Neapolitan pizza wood fired in an oven that was shipped from Naples. The space is small and industrial.
