Flg Terroir Wine Bar & Bistro
I was so excited when the Wine Loft, now known as Flg Terroir changed hands and the new owners approached me for the design of the remodel. The Wine Loft, had a great selection of wines, fun games and a wonderful and knowledgable staff but the space lacked ambiance.

Doug & Pam Brozovsky met and fell in love at the wine bar, so when it came up for sale, they jumped at the chance to buy it. They wanted the space to be comfortable, beautiful and intimate. We achieved that by removing the white popcorn ceilings, the commercial carpet and institutional furniture. We were excited to find the beautiful open beams underneath the drywall in the ceiling and decided to leave them exposed. We tiled the floors, refaced the bar and built a banquet on one of the walls. Reitz Restoration built mid century modern benches in the window area to create a comfortable lounge area. Vintage wine decanter lights from Hudson Goods hang from the ceiling in sunk in lounge. Restoration Hardware pendants hang over the custom metal bar top from Silvertone Fabrications and Chip Barstools from Blu Dot add a modern touch. A custom chandelier from Niche Modern illuminates the skylight in the center of the room. We added an open kitchen in the back of the space which offers small plates that perfectly compliment the large wine selection.
The space was completely transformed and now feels modern, warm & inviting.
